The Closing Time for this RFP is September 11, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. MDT. RFP responses should be submitted electronically with a cover page displaying:

Proponents are cautioned that the Closing Time is based on when the Proposal is received by Alberta Municipalities, and not when a Proposal is submitted by the Proponent. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to be mindful of the length of time for the Proposal to be transmitted due to the file transfer size, transmission speed, etc., and Alberta Municipalities shall not be responsible for any delivery issues whether or not caused by Alberta Municipalities’ server.
