b) The Quote Submission Form (page two of the RFQ) must be completed and signed by an authorized representative of the proponent and included with the proponent’s quote.
c) Submissions must be by email, in Microsoft Word or PDF format and are to be sent to AUC Procurement at financeservices@auc.ab.ca
d) The subject line of the submission email must read as follows: AUC-26-07-Calgary Teams Meeting Room (14031) Refresh - [Proponent Legal Name]. Submissions with an incorrect or missing subject line may not be identifiable and the AUC accepts no responsibility for submissions that cannot be linked due to an improperly formatted subject line.
e) Only one submission per proponent will be accepted. Proponents must ensure their submission is complete and accurate before sending. Any subsequent submissions from the same proponent will not be accepted or evaluated.
f) Submissions by facsimile, mail or courier will not be accepted.
