Scope of work

• The business requirements in this RFB are organized to reflect the full lifecycle of the Services and to make clear the expectations that apply at different stages of the Agreement. The Deliverables continue to fall into three broad categories: 1. Operational requirements describe the day-to-day Services, performance, quality, security, continuity, and service delivery expectations. 2. Transition requirements describe the obligations that apply when responsibility for the Services is assumed by the Vendor and later transferred back to the Ministry or a successor provider. 3. Governance requirements describe the oversight, reporting, escalation, decision-making, and accountability model that applies throughout the Term of the Agreement.
