The City is looking to procure an Owner’s Advisor to act as its independent technical advisor throughout the design-build project, providing procurement and design-compliance support, construction quality and schedule oversight, cost consulting, commissioning verification, reporting, closeout and warranty support for Fire Station 117.

Key Requirements

• Confirm in writing that each key person will meet the minimum personal commitments in Table D-3C.
• Identify the key personnel proposed, including the Owner’s Advisor (Lead) and alternate, the Cost Consultant Lead and the Commissioning Authority Lead, and any subconsultant firms delivering Cost Consulting Services or Commissioning Services, with current resumes describing their roles, responsibilities and proposed time commitment.
• Include Tables C-3 and C-4 with hours only, and no rates or fees.
