Key Requirements

• Each proposal must include a completed Schedule C-2 (Level of Effort) within the technical proposal and completed Schedules C-3 (Hourly Billing Rates and Extended Labour) and C-4 (Reconciliation to Lump Sum Prices) within the separate pricing document, each in accordance with Appendix C. Schedule C-2 must state hours only and must not contain any price information.
