Submission instructions

Both an electronic copy and a hard copy of the Proposal are required. An electronic copy of the Proposal must be submitted in PDF format by email to the City’s Contact identified on the cover page of this RFP. Zip files are unacceptable and will be rejected by the City’s firewall. Email submissions must not exceed 150MB, or they will be rejected by the City’s mail server. Email submissions are deemed received at the time they are received by the City of Lacombe mail server. Proponents submitting electronically are responsible for getting confirmation that the Proposal has been received at the email address provided for the Contact on the front cover of this RFP. Four hard copy Proposals must be submitted within 24 hours of the closing of this RFP. Hard copies of the Proposals and their sealed envelopes should be clearly marked with the name and address of the Proponent, and the RFP name as noted on the front cover of this RFP.
