Supply of Consumables for Fluid Management Systems

Scope of work

• An agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Consumables for Extraction Fluid Management Sample Extraction/Preparation Systems (“FMS Systems”). The Organic Contaminants Section (“OCS”) of LaSB currently own and operates Automated Clean-up Power Prep Systems and EZ-Prep Systems that require routine replacement of parts, consumables and occasional maintenance and repair services, to ensure the integrity of the results of tests. The FMS Systems are used to analyze Dioxins, Polychlorinated Biphenyls, Polybrominated diphenyl ethers, Polychlorinated Naphthalenes, Petroleum Hydrocarbons and Legacy Pesticides in a variety of matrices to support the Environmental Protection Act (EPA), Ontario Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), Pesticide Act, as well as surface water samples to support Great Lakes studies.
