Submission instructions

The Proposal should be labeled with the Proponent’s name and RFP title and should
include a cover letter signed by a person authorized to legally bind the Proponent to
the statements made in the response to this RFP.
The Proponent must submit the Proposal in a single PDF file to the County attention to
Jason Warawa at pprocurement@minburncounty.ab.ca (Note the 2 - p’s) on or before
the closing date and time.
The County will confirm receipt of submissions upon request from the Proponent. The
Proponent bears all risk that the Proposal is received on time.
