Submission instructions

This opportunity uses APC E-submission. Suppliers must submit Proposals in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format via the APC E-submissions platform. The APC system timestamp at successful submission is the official receipt time
late submissions are not accepted.
Proponents may submit no more than two (2) Resources for consideration for the provision of Services. Proponents must submit a separate Proposal for each proposed Resource, and each Proposal must name and describe only one (1) proposed Resource.
If a Proponent submits more than one Proposal using APC E-submissions, all Proposal options must be included within a single APC submission as separate, clearly labelled documents (for example, “Proposed Resource 1,” “Proposed Resource 2”). APC treats all uploaded documents as one submission event, and Proponents may not submit multiple Proposal options through separate APC accounts or profiles.
