A warranty statement outlining the manufacturer's warranty coverage for the proposed unit(s)
A Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent proof of legal business registration
Proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance
and
Proof of Automobile Liability Insurance.
Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the submission being deemed non-compliant and receiving no further consideration.
