Key Requirements

• Bidders must comply with all requirements of the Bid/Contract Package and attached Scope of Work. Mandatory bid submissions include the signed Bid and Contract Form, signed Schedule A, and an OH&S Safety Plan or Certificate of Recognition (COR). The successful Contractor must maintain WCB good standing and provide the required Certificate of Insurance prior to commencing work. The Contractor will act as Prime Contractor for the Work. Attendance at the pre-bid site meeting is strongly recommended. Aurora Court will remain occupied during construction and safe resident access, accessible routes and emergency egress must be maintained throughout the Work.
