ERP Solution Vendor & System Implementer Procurement Advisory Services

Scope of work

• HMMS on behalf of Information Technology Services at St. Joseph’s Health Care London is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent for the supply of ERP Solution Vendor and System Implementer (SI) Procurement Advisory Services. The successful consultant will support the procurements of the ERP Solution Vendor and the System Implementer (SI). These will be two separate procurements. This will include the development of the ERP Solution Vendor RFP, using the outputs and findings from the previous ERP consulting engagement, including the needs and readiness assessments, requirements documentation, ERP solution comparison, and related planning deliverables, as a starting point. Two of these supporting documents have been included as appendix 3 and 4. The consultant will provide software procurement and ERP subject matter expertise to help translate these outputs into clear and effective RFP requirements and evaluation criteria to procure an ERP solution and SI. The consultant may conduct a deeper analysis of current state and future processes if required. The consultant will support HMMS and the evaluation committee throughout the evaluation process for both vendors by identifying key areas of focus, developing vendor presentation questions, and recommending required vendor demonstrations to build the evaluation framework and participate in the evaluation process engagements as an advisor. The consultant may also provide support during contract negotiations following vendor selection. The consultant will participate in the implementation scoping work with the selected vendors as an advisor to build implementation scope and support subsequent contract negotiations.
