a) Package #1: Technical Submission:
i. This package should include: (1) the information and documentation requested in the Technical Proposal Submission Form
and (2) the signed declaration in Schedule B (Declaration).
ii. This package should have the file name “Technical Submission”.
iii. This package should not include any financial information.
iv. The page limit for this package is 30 single-sided pages. The page limit excludes a cover page, table of contents, Key Personnel resumes, and the signed declaration in Schedule B (Declaration).
b) Package #2: Financial Submission:
i. This package should include the signed Financial Proposal Submission Form.
ii. This package should have the file name “Financial Submission”.
c) Package #3: Surety Submission:
i. This package should include the pre-qualification letter set out in Section 2.10 Pre-qualification Letter issued by the Proponent’s surety company.
ii. Clearly indicate in the file name “Surety Submission”.
