Submit proposals by email only to greg.radstaak@laclabichecounty.com no later than Friday, November 20, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. MST. Mail, courier, fax, hand delivery and submissions to other email addresses are not accepted. Use the subject line “EC-64-2026-08 — Lac La Biche Energy Zone — [Proponent legal name]”. Attach one complete, searchable PDF proposal, including the fee schedule, authorized signature, proponent contact details and acknowledgement of every addendum. Identify the lead contracting entity and all subconsultants. Provide optional work as separately priced items within the same proposal. The County’s receiving email system timestamp determines receipt. Proponents are responsible for ensuring the complete proposal is received before closing and for requesting acknowledgement sufficiently in advance. A sent message, delivery attempt or read receipt does not establish receipt by the County. Password-protected files, inaccessible links and corrupted or unreadable files do not constitute a complete
submission. Proponents should submit early to allow resolution of attachment-size or transmission problems
