• Proponents must meet the mandatory requirements in Section 1.5.2 of the RFP, including registration and a valid license to practice in Alberta, an identified local or Alberta-based servicing office, and availability of qualified personnel. Required coverage includes professional liability insurance of $5 million per claim and in the aggregate, commercial general liability insurance of $5 million per occurrence, automobile liability insurance of $2 million per occurrence, and active WCB Alberta coverage in good standing.
