1.5 Instructions for Submission of Proposals
Proposals must be submitted by email to:

Planeview Place Lodge and Housing Redevelopment
The Proponent’s complete Proposal must be received in the above-noted email inbox by the Closing Time. The time stamp of the LRHF’s email system will be the official time of receipt of the Proposal. Proposals received after the Closing Time will not be considered.
Proposals are to be submitted in PDF format and the email subject line should reference the RFP title and number (see RFP cover). Electronic submissions must not exceed 10 MB including email signature. Proponents should divide their responses into appropriately sized (smaller than 10 MB) files and include details of the attachments in the email and indicate how many emails they will send. Proposals are stored in an electronically secure and restricted environment. Proposals will not be opened until after the Closing Time has passed.
