Key Requirements

• Bidders must hold a valid Certificate of Recognition (COR) or acceptable equivalent as specified in the Tender Documents. A 10% Bid Bond and Consent of Surety are required with the Bid. The successful Bidder will provide a 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond. A Lubicon Participation Plan (LPP) is mandatory, including commitments to local Indigenous employment, training, subcontracting, suppliers and community participation. Bidders are to prioritize Canadian-manufactured and non-U.S. products and materials, including Canadian/non-U.S. steel, wherever feasible to minimize tariff exposure while meeting specified performance and design requirements.
