Key Requirements

• COR or SECOR certification is a mandatory requirement for all proponents. Proponents submitting for the General Contractor list for projects with estimated values of $200,000 to $5,000,000, or for the Mechanical or Electrical Contractor lists, must also provide a surety letter confirming a minimum per-project bonding capacity of $5,000,000. Bonding is not required for the General Contractor list for projects with estimated values under $200,000.
