Please include a signage sample with the submission documents, as specified on page 16, Section 8.5
Sample Signage Submission
Proponents shall provide a physical sample of a room indicator sign provided for a previous project, no larger than 8 in. x 10 in and no smaller than 4 in x 6 in., representative of the quality of product being provided for this project. The sample should demonstrate the proposed materials, construction, finish, mounting approach, typography, graphics, and overall workmanship.
The sample must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. MT on November 2, 2026 at:

Submission of the sample is not a mandatory requirement and failure to provide a sample will not result in disqualification. However, where a sample is provided, it will form part of the evaluation criteria and will be considered in assessing the quality, suitability, workmanship, materials, finish, and overall alignment of the proposed wayfinding signage with the requirements of this RFQ.
Samples submitted become the property of Olds College and will not be returned unless otherwise specified by the College.
