There will be multiple Vendors awarded for each Service Category. The Vendor(s) will be required to provide the Services throughout Ontario. This Vendor of Record Arrangement will be made available to all ministries and agencies covered by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Procurement Directive, regardless of value, and, on an optional basis, to Non-OPS Entities.
