Proposals must be received by electronic upload to the Rocky View Schools Vendor Management System NOT LATER THAN October 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM MST. The RFP Submission Server time clock will be used to determine the time of receipt. Once the clock rolls to the next minute after the close time, no more proposals will be accepted. Fax copies of proposals are NOT acceptable. All documents received become the property of RVS and will not be returned.
