Supply and Installation of Automated ELISA Instruments

Scope of work

• The objective of the Deliverables is for the Vendor to Supply, Deliver and Install Two (2) Automated ELISA Instruments (the “Instrument”) to the Laboratory Services Branch (“LaSB”) of the Ministry located at 125 Resources Road, Etobicoke, ON (the “Site”). Following complete installation, set-up and calibration, the Instrument is required to pass performance testing. The Instruments are required by the Ministry to conduct surface and drinking water analyses for cyanotoxins such as total microcystins and anatoxin-a. These analyses support various Ontario environmental regulations. The Instruments are required to have state-of-the-art features to support activities related to the Ministry’s regulatory and legislative activities. The Instruments will be used by the Ministry to meet the needs of the Ministry’s programs, including the requirement for high quality data analysis of routine and litigation samples.
