The Province has a requirement for Self-sustaining Application Services and Base Services to support a suite of applications. The focus of the Application Services sought through this SOW is on Continuous Service Improvement and innovation, such as new technology tools, Automation-First and AI-Enabled Service Delivery, to increase efficiency and allow for Knowledge Transfer of Application Services and Base Services.
