Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to submit@banff.ca as two separate files: a Technical Proposal and Pricing Proposal. Pricing must not appear in the Technical Proposal. Files should be named “RFP 2026-673-02 – [Proponent Name] – Technical Proposal.pdf” and “RFP 2026-673-02 – [Proponent Name] – Pricing Proposal.pdf.” Submissions must include all required forms and schedules, including the completed Pricing Form. Technical Proposals should not exceed 25 pages, excluding resumes, references, certifications, completed forms, and appendices.
