Key Requirements

• The Owner intends to select from applicants to this RFP a Contractor (herein after called the Contractor) responsible for all stages of the Project. This will involve, but not be limited to:
• Company profile, relevant experience, and qualifications, including examples of comparable municipal tree-planting or landscaping projects.
• Proposed methodology and work plan for site preparation and planting of approximately 100 trees at the identified locations.
• Proposed tree species recommendations suited to boulevard and campground conditions in Didsbury's climate zone
• Detailed cost breakdown, itemized by site preparation, tree supply, planting, and any post-planting care services, not to exceed the approved capital budget
• Proposed project schedule aligned with the Town's estimated timeline (Sep 2026-Sep 2027)
• References from at least two comparable municipal or institutional clients.
• Proof of applicable insurance, WCB/WSIB coverage, and any required certifications or licenses and Warranties
