Key Requirements

• Proposals will be opened following the Closing Time and Date. Proposals received after the Closing Time and Date will not be evaluated. Delivery service disruptions will not be an acceptable condition for late Proposal submissions.
• Each Proponent may submit only one Proposal. Collusion between Proponents will be sufficient cause for the Proposal(s) to be rejected outright by the Town without further consideration.
• Proposals submitted in the name of an incorporated company shall be signed in the name of the company by a duly authorized representative of the company.
• All documents submitted by a Proponent shall become the property of the Town upon being presented, submitted, or forwarded to the Town. The Town will retain, for its records, all copies of Proponents’ Proposals and related documents.
• The Proponent shall maintain and provide evidence of insurance coverage, Workers’ Compensation Board coverage, and any other coverage reasonably required by the Town.
