Submission instructions

All Proposals, signed and dated by the Proponent’s authorized representative, must be sent to and received by the Issuing Office not later than 2:00 pm on November 18, 2026. All Proposals shall be date and time stamped upon receipt by the Issuing Office or by The Town of Sundre’s system. In the case of a date and/or time dispute, the Issuing Office’s date and time stamp or The Town of Sundre’s system stamp will govern and prevail. The Town of Sundre is not responsible for the timeliness of documents delivered nor will The Town of Sundre accept a Proposal delivered to a location other than that of the Issuing Office. Proposals will be opened in private.
Proponents shall not send a copy(s) of its Proposal to any employee, consultant, agent or business employed or working on behalf of The Town of Sundre and involved in this RFP process, and The Town of Sundre will reject without further consideration any Proposal so delivered. Proposals are to be delivered only to the Issuing Office. Proposals or changes therein received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
