Submission instructions

The Province will receive Submissions in electronic PDF file format, which is searchable and unprotected, only through email no later than the RFQ Closing Date and Time as indicated on the cover of the RFQ.
Submit the Submission by e-mail to the Qualification Submission email address identified at the cover of the RFQ. Submissions received after the RFQ Closing Date and Time will be rejected.
When sending a Submission via email, the Respondent is responsible for ensuring that its Submission is received before the RFQ Closing Date and Time at the Qualification Submission email address specified on the cover of the RFQ. The Province assumes no responsibility for server availability or any other technical problem that prevents the Submission from being received by, or opened after, the RFQ Closing Date and Time.
