SUBMISSION
a) Request for Proposal submissions for the Village shall be sealed and enclosed in separate envelopes or containers marked with PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL RFP 2026-02 and addressed to the Village:

Proposals must be received at the Village of Rycroft Administration Office reception desk
(4703-51 Street, Rycroft, Alberta) by 11:00 a.m. December 4th, 2026, or they will not be accepted for this specific Request for Proposal. Proposals received later than December 4thth, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. will not be considered.
b) Faxed bids will not be accepted nor considered by the Village of Rycroft. Any bids that are received via fax will be returned by mail to the proponent.
C) Electronic submissions addressed to corporate@rycroft.ca will be accepted.
The Village of Rycroft is not responsible for the timeliness of documents delivered nor will the Village of Rycroft accept any proposal delivered to a location other than the Reception Desk at the above-specified addresses or emailed to corporate@rycroft.ca
